Nominees must demonstrate a consistent and intentional fashion presence within the OAU community during the award period. Nomination shall consider personal style, originality, consistency, presentation, influence, creativity, and contribution to fashion culture. Popularity alone shall not constitute sufficient grounds for nomination.
